DESCRIPTION:Visit Dwellingup and experience the beautiful 7km Chuditch Trail from island Poole and be in awe of the gorgeous Murray River in Lane Poole Reserve.\nWander this Winter with us on this moderate hike from Island Poole which winds through the Jarrah forest, lined with impressive stands of grass trees and the occasional glimpse of the Murray River.\nThe Chuditch (western quoll) from which this trail takes its name is a small cat-sized marsupial with soft brown fur and white spotting. Small populations of this protected species may be found within the reserve.\nOff The Beaten Track WA will guide you on this 7km hike through lush jarrah bushland in the 2023 National Top Tiny Tourism Town.\nThis hiking experience is proudly sponsored by the Department of Local Government, Sport & Cultural Industries and in Partnership with the Shire of Murray.\nTime: 9am – 12pm\nTour Terrain & Experience Level: This hiking tour is suited for beginner hikers with a reasonable level of fitness.
