Winter Solstice at Redgum Wine Estate
Redgum Wine Estate is extending à la carte dining from 11am right through to 9pm, so you can settle in by the fire, share a bottle (or two), and watch the sun set over the vines on the shortest day and longest night of the year in the Southern Hemisphere.
What to expect
The vineyard kitchen will be unveiling the new winter menu, filled with warming, seasonal, stunning produce.
Reserve a table from 5pm onwards and enjoy a complimentary tasting of Redgum Wine Estate’s two newly release wines.
