Just 1.5km from the Dwellingup town centre, Forest Trails House is a secluded, fully equipped home set on a 16,000sqm block that you and your friends or family can enjoy exclusively. Bordered by old-growth jarrah forest, this 3x1 property is the perfect escape to nature, with all the amenities of town only 2 minutes away. The Marrinup Loop Mountain Bike Trail can be accessed directly across the road from the property. The property is also bordered by Dwellingup State Forest, and just over the back fence a wide walking path leads through the forest, past the Forest Discovery Centre and into town.
Quick facts
The house has three bedrooms; two with queen-sized beds and one with two bunkbeds. An open plan living and dining area is kept cosy in winter by a wood fireplace, or a reverse cycle air conditioner which also keeps the house cool in summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, microwave, gas oven/stove and a Nespresso pod coffee machine for an early morning caffine hit before heading to the trails. The living room has a TV (online streaming only), and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for total comfort. Outside, there are three large timber decks overlooking native gardens and fruit trees - great for enjoying a morning coffee or evening wine and BBQ.
