Jarrah Forest Lodge

The Jarrah Forest Lodge was originally established for forestry cadets back in 1952. It is a part of the Forest Discovery Centre and offers great value, simple accommodation for individuals, families and groups. It can sleep up to 52 people in a range of single, twin and family rooms, most with shared bathrooms. Enjoy a movie night or table tennis tournament in the entertainment area or an outdoor meal in the gazebo with barbeque and wood fired pizza oven. Fantastic for groups of any size and just 10 minutes walk from Dwellingup town centre.

Jarrah Forest Lodge is located just a short walk from the Forest Discovery Centre which makes it an ideal location for people taking weekend workshops at the Centre or looking for places to entertain the kids. The lodge is a comfortable stopover on the Bibbulmun Track or the Munda Biddi bike trail. There is a large well equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room with wood fire for chilly winter nights. There is also a volleyball court and exercise area. It is perfect for groups who want a comfortable but affordable location for crafts, hobby, yoga, or family retreats. The lodge has a conference room with a wood fire, and small kitchenette that can be hired together with accommodation or separately for functions. Linen is not included in accommodation rates, but can be added at an additional cost. Trail Users can also pre-arrange a ‘Care Package’ which includes toiletries and breakfast supplies.
