Marrinup Falls Guided Hike

Visit Dwellingup and experience water cascading down ancient granite rocks at Marrinup Falls on his family friendly 1.3km hiking experience.

Wander this Winter with us on this moderate yet family friendly hike along the Marrinup Falls Walk Trail. This loop trail weaves through bushland over granite rocks down to the falls. At the right time of year wildflowers will be blooming aplenty.

Off The Beaten Track WA will guide you on this 1.3km hike through lush jarrah bushland in the 2023 National Top Tiny Tourism Town.

This hiking experience is proudly sponsored by the Department of Local Government, Sport & Cultural Industries and in Partnership with the Shire of Murray.

Time: 9am – 11am OR 1pm – 3pm

Tour Terrain & Experience Level: This hiking tour is suited for beginner hikers with a reasonable level of fitness. The hike is on single tracks and does feature some steps and can be slipper so care is needed, but we’ll take it easy and explore this trail together.

Adult Price: $20

Child Price (8-17 years): $15

Includes: Guided 1.3km hike, return transport from Dwellingup Trails & Visitors Centre, delicious and nutritious morning tea, Top Tips for Beginner Hikers Downloadable & access to all Tour photos via our Facebook page.

What to Bring? 2ltrs water, camera, personal medications, hat, raincoat (just in case), backpack, a good attitude and big smile!

What to wear? We recommend long pants and long sleeved shirt with a hat. Please bring a rain coat along, just in case.

Start Point: Dwellingup Trails & Visitors Centre, Marrinup Rd, Dwellingup.

Off The Beaten Track WA provides a trained and experienced Guide/Host for our Hiking Experiences & Adventure Tours. We carry two-way communication devices, a personal location beacon when phone signal is not available and we’re a fully licensed, insured and accredited Western Australian tourism business providing hiking and adventure experiences with a twist!

Bob`s Crossing is currently closed due to the Murray River`s high water levels flooding the access road. Nanga, Stringers and Chuditch campgrounds are still accessible via the the southern entry station to Lane Poole Reserve along Nanga Road.

Seeking something unique? This Sunday, the #Dwellingup CWA country markets is just the place to find it. 🧸🎁🛍

Rummage through the stalls to uncover a range of artisanal items, from charming knitted pieces to detailed woodworks. And if browsing the stalls worked up an appetite, the CWA volunteers are on hand to satisfy hunger pangs with their delicious baked goods, hot soup and toasties. 🍰☕🫕

The markets runs from 8am to 1pm at 23 Newton Street, Dwellingup.🫶
