Truffle Kafuffle at Redgum Wine Estate

Redgum Wine Estate is hosting a truffle-season evening at their Dwellingup winery. Warm up around the fire pits with canapes on arrival, before indulging in a sit-down truffle feast in the cellar.

The three-course menu is built around whole grilled marron with shaved fresh truffle. Sip on mulled wine and truffle shiraz sours throughout the night.

Porcini and chestnut truffle soup, served with warm sourdough & truffled salted butter
